On February 1st 2009 the Midwest Performance Flyer's hosted a Super Bowl Sunday/Indoor Flying Event at Digz/McCormack Volley ball center. Flying started at 1:00 PM and continued all afternoon and into the evening
until the football game was over. With only a $5.00 admission and $3.00 for "all you can eat pizza" it was a roaring success. Some RC's flew the whole time while others watched the game on big screen TVs. Some flew combat and filled the large indoor flying space with shredded foam.
